The occurrence of the blue screen is caused due to an error in the Windows operating system that we use. Which can cause errors: drivers accessed sudden crash/ freeze (the clash), damage to the windows registry in memory, use of incompatible DLL files.
If you experience a blue screen computer the following are ways to fix/ troubleshoot the blue screen in windows 7:
1. Turn on the computer, at boot time you press and hold F8 until a new window (boot option).
2. Then you choose to boot with "Safe Mode".
3. When the process is complete it will go to windows 7. Then you click "Start" -> Click Control Panel -> System and select Security -> Action Center -> Recovery -> Open System restore.
5. Follow his orders, click Next, Next, Finish and Yes.
Wait till windows 7 to restart automatically. If Windows 7 was able to boot normally again, it means the blue screen problem has been corrected.
